The communal kitchen was well equipped. I found outside space available, a bonus for enjoying fresh air. The house had a fresh coat of paint, giving it a clean feel. I appreciated the hotel's quiet atmosphere. (this helped me relax).
I noticed a light was not working in the bathroom, this was a minor inconvenience.

good location equipped kitchen freshly painted house available space
The location worked well for visiting my daughter in university halls. I found the communal kitchen well equipped. It had everything I needed. The house was freshly painted, which I really appreciate. I also used the outside space.
The courtyard is slightly messy, so the dogs did not roam there.
